RENTAL POLICIES:- Deposit of 2 days rent required when reserving
- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- Cleaning fee of $230 per reservation
- Resort Fee of $40, and check-in Fee of $30 (plus taxes) will be charged on all rentals
- Maximum of 6 guests
- Payments accepted by: Checks, Money Order, Bank Draft
- All monies payable in US dollars
- VISA imprint at check in for long distance telephone calls
- No daily maid service. Extra maid service available at additional cost
- Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later.
- Check-out time is 11 a.m.
CANCELLATION:- $100 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days Christmas season
- All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival. (60 days high season)
- Cancellation on or after arrival – all funds forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented, in which case refunds would be prorated.
- Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans.
