| CANCELLATION: |
- $250.00 deposit is non-refundable. If reservations are canceled between 30 and 44 days inclusive, 50% of your total payment will be forfeited.
- If reservations are canceled within 29 days of your arrival, total payment will be forfeited unless I am able to re-rent the condo for your entire reserved period, in which case I will return your full payment less the $250.00. There will be no refunds for cancellations of less than 14 days or for no-shows.Trip insurance is advised.
