RENTAL POLICIES:

Rates are based on a 7 night (weekly) reservation –
Double Occupancy, one additional guests $10 per night
Maximum of 3 guests
Minimum stay 5 nights (7 high season) - Cleaning fee $95 for less than 7 nights stay and slightly higher nightly rate
All monies payable in US dollars
$300 deposit is required within 7 - 10 days for confirming and securing your reservation. ($600 for 28+ days reservation)
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days high season)
$25 One time Resort Registration Fee
No cleaning fee charged for 7 or more nights reservation.
A $300 fully refundable security / damage deposit
Payments accepted by: Checks, Money Order, Credit Card
Credit Cards accepted thru PayPal at 3.2% additional cost for US and 4.2% for other countries
Wire transfer costs of $15
Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later.
Check-out time is by 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION:

$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival. (60 days high season)
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival. (60 days high season)
Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.
